- Time is the most important ingredient in your finances. After that: persistence.
- Spend less time understanding how money works and more time understanding how you operate in regard to your money.
- Beware of fees.
- Living on less than you earn presumes that you know how to save the rest.
- Your budget will become unmoored from your life on a regular basis. Make sure you reattach it.
- Never shop at yard sales; you'll buy only stuff you'll later want to get rid of.
- To be happy, spend time thinking about the things that matter to you. Then, spend money on those things.
- If you have one, try not to buy another.
- Whenever possible, cook your own food.

Living on $18,000 a year -- by choice
Mycket intressant. :)
